“Breathe. Let go. This moment is the one you have for sure.”

The everyday hype and noise of life is often a great distraction to what is really important. I created this shirt based on the following quote by Oprah Winfrey:

“Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure.”

I find it rather profound since it is coming from an individual that has all of the distractions in the world and lives her life in front of the public eye. I often find that in the midst of chasing my own dreams and doing day-to-day life maintenance that I forget to sit back and enjoy what I have in the present and really take every moment for what it is worth. After all, it could be your last.
